I know its impossible to know for sure especially without seeing it, but i'm curious. I just picked up this cool old cast iron tub for free off craigslist. Its kinda small, but what caught me off guard were the feet. They are not claw shaped, instead they are rather Straight.
Was that something specific to a certain time frame or was it just a cheaper one with less style?
thanks for the help

Without inspecting the tub itself your guess is as good as mine. Straight vs clawed feet mean little to nothing in determining the year of the tub. Most cast iron tubs have an engraving to plate that should have the manufacturing data such as company and date on it somewhere.

Cast iron tubes are style that used at 60′s and 70′s .Some of them are stylish which still they use it in large bath-rooms without any wall around and they are really expensive .
